Dr. Will Tuttle is a vegan of thirty years and author of the critically acclaimed World Peace Diet, published in 2005. This book, which delves into the benefits of vegan diets, uncovers the interconnectedness of our food choices and how they influence the state of our society.
Tuttle is a former Zen monk who practiced at a monastery in Korea during the mid-1980s. He received his PhD in Education from UC-Berkeley and currently works as a writer, musician, artist and teacher.
